Interview place- ESIC Hospital and ODC (EZ), Joka for immediate engagement and drawing up of panel for future engagement of Junior Residents in ESI PGIMSR, ESIC Medical College and ESIC Hospital and ODC (EZ), Joka in the following departments/specialties.
Contract:-
period of one year on contract basis.
Further the panel may remain valid for a period of 3 months from date of publication of result and may be cancelled/invalidated earlier without assigning any reason. Candidates who have completed 3 years tenure as Junior Resident in Government Institution need not to apply. Junior Resident who are already working in any Government Institution shall apply through proper channel. The total period, however, should not exceed the maximum period of 3 years.

**Although those posts reserved for SC, ST & OBC category, in case of non-availability of the candidates of appropriate category, candidates from other category can be considered for appointment on valid basis for period of less than 45 days. The contract will be renewable with further advt. in absence of reserved candidates [Vide Order No. 36036/3/2018 Estt. (Res.) dated 15.05.2018 of Govt. of India].

Date of Interview of the above mentioned Department/Speciality are as follows:
a.) Essential Educational qualification as on date mentioned above for the respective Departments/Specialties
i.) MBBS from MCI recognized Medical College/Autonomous Institutions with completion of one year rotatory internship as per MCI norms.
ii.) Candidates with PG qualification from recognized Medical College or Institutions will be preferred in selection process.
iii.) MCI/State MC Registration for MBBS/PG if deemed fit.
iv.)Candidates on bond are not eligible.
v.)Candidates need to provide Bond clearance certificate from Appointing Authority which have completed compulsory post PG or UG Bond Service.
b.) Age:Not exceeding 30 years as on as on date mentioned above for the respective Departments/Specialties(Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD as per rules).
c.) Emoluments:As per 7th CPC LEVEL- 10 in the PAY MATRIX pay of Rs. 56,100/- + other allowances (as admissible as per Hqrs. Instruction).
NOTE-1:At the time of Interview the applicants should bring along with them Original plus Attested copies of MCI/State MC Registration, Educational qualifications certificates/mark sheets from (10th) or equivalent (12th) onwards, Experience certificate (if any), Proof of Age (Matriculation Admit Card/certificate), Caste certificate (in case of OBC candidate, updated OBC certificate in Govt. of India Format to be submitted), Disability Certificate from Competent Authority, 2 recent passport size photographs and filled up Annexure- II & III (Candidates are advised to apply in not more than two departments/specialty).
CRITERIA OF INCOME & ASSETS (For Economically Weaker Section ):
Applicantss who are not covered under the scheme of reservation for SCs, STs Scheduled Tribes and OBCS and whose family has Total gross annual income below Rs. 8.00 lakh (Rupees eight lakh only) are to be identified as economically weaker section for the benefit of reservation. Salary will likewise incorporate pay from all source for example i.e. salary, agriculture, business, profession, etc. for the financial year previous to the year of application.
Also persons whose family owns or possesses any of the following assets shall be excluded from being identified as EWS, irrespective of the family income:-
1. 5 acres of agricultural land and above;
2.Residenti flat of 1000 sq.ft. and above;
3.Residenti plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities;
4 Residential plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities.
iv. The property held by a "Family" in different locations or different places/cities would be clubbed while applying the land or property holding test to determine EWS status.
The term "Family" for this purpose will include the person who seeks benefit of reservation, his/her parents and siblings below the age of 18 years as also his/her spouse and children below the age of 18 years.
İNCOME AND ASSET CERTIFICATE ISSUING AUTHORITY AND VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATE:
The benefit of reservation under EWS can be availed upon production of an Income and Asset Certificate issued by a Competent Authority. The Income and Asset Certificate issued by any one of the following authorities in prescribed format as given in Annexure- I shall only be accepted as proof of candidates claim as belonging to EWS:-
i. District Magistrate/ Additional District Magistrate/Collector/Deputy Commissioner/ Additional Deputy Commissioner/1st Magistrate/Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Taluka Class Magistrate/Executive Magistrate/Extra Assistant Commissioner. Stipendiary Il. Chief Presidency Magistrate/Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/Presidency Magistrate.
ii. Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar and iv. Sub-Divisional Officer or the area the candidate and/or his family normally resides.
NOTE-2: THE CANDIDATES SHOULD REPORT AT O9:00 AM FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS AT ADMINSTRATIVE BLOCK OF ESI PGIMSR, ESIC MEDICAL COLLEGE AND ESIC HOSPITAL & ODC (EZ). JOKA. Terms & Conditions:
1. Private practice of any kind will not be allowed.
2. No TA/DA will be admissible for joining purpose.
3. It is a contractual post offered for one year. Cost of the stamp paper of Rs.100/- for "AGREEMENT" at the time of joining wili be borne by the candidate.
4. Tutor/Junior Resident will be required to deposit security of Rs. 26000/- (Rupees Twenty Six thousand only) through Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1 at the time of joining, which is refundable after completion of contract period and on production of "No dues certificate".
5. Residential accommodation/quarter will be provided to the selected Junior Residents subject to availability. If provided the ESIC Hospital, Joka will not allow any House Rent Allowance (HRA). In case of non acceptance of quarter facilities by him/her inspite of availability of the quarter the ESIC Hospital, Joka authority can deduct admissible HRA from his/her salary. Sd/- DEAN
