Retired Divisional Manager / Divisional Forest Officer from Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited / Forest Department, Assistant Manager / Assistant Conservator of Forests and Retired Salary and Accounts Officer from FDCM Ltd.
Applications are being invited as the appointment is to be made for a period of 12 months on the prescribed terms and conditions.

Age limit:-
The person appointed on the basis of age limit contract is 65 years of age Can work for years. However, the person whose services | It is necessary to continue after that, the opinion of the competent authority If so, their services can be continued by the competent authority till the age of 70.
Qualification and experience :-
1. At least three years experience in the relevant post Is required.
2. Retired officers wishing to be appointed on contract basis should be physically, mentally or physically fit. |
3. No departmental inquiry action should be taken or proposed against the retired officer or in such inquiry case Retired officers / employees should not be punished.
Monthly salary:-
1) Monthly Remuneration:

2) Travel allowance and daily allowance:

Other Terms and Conditions
1 Due to the appointment made on contract basis, the concerned will not have the right to include / accommodate the services in any category of the Government / Forest Development Corporation or to get any other benefits of regular service,
2. An officer appointed on a contract basis should not be involved in any professional work that would interfere with the performance of the service assigned to him.
3. The officer appointed on contract basis will be required to declare conflict of interest.
4. Officers appointed on a contract basis will be required to maintain confidentiality regarding the documents / information and supporting materials they receive.
5. Officers appointed on contract basis will be required to complete the work assigned to them within the stipulated period. Their controlling officers will review their work from time to time and evaluate the work.
6. It will be compulsory to be present on a public holiday, except for office hours as required and in case of an emergency.
7. Officers appointed on contract basis will not have any administrative or financial powers.
8. For appointment on contract basis Rs.10,000 / - (Rs.10,000) has to be deposited with FDCM Limited as security deposit.
9. It will be mandatory for the officers to be appointed on contract basis to make a bond / agreement.
10. Appointments on contract basis will be made in any region / division / jurisdiction of FDCM Limited.
11. Travel expenses will not be payable for those coming for the interview.
12. The controlling authority reserves the right to terminate the contractual service at any time.
13. The Managing Director reserves the right to regulate appointments on contract basis.
